Attendance Format
We are offering two ways to attend the symposium – in person or virtually. There is no difference in price for in person and virtual attendance.

Student Rate
Current graduate and undergraduate students may attend in person or virtually at a reduced rate.

Booking a Room
There are two ways you can book a room at the Annapolis Crowne Plaza Hotel:

1. Call 833-681-4979. This phone number is for the Reservation Department for multiple Crowne Plaza locations. Please specify you are calling about the Annapolis location and provide them with our group code (CRC) or group name (Chesapeake Research Consortium) for discounted rates.
2. Book online by clicking here.  To see the discounted rates, click the “Book Now” button and select dates for the Symposium.  

The last day to book a room at the discounted rate is May 24, 2024.

Registration Fee
Student Rate – $200
Regular Rate – $350
